Nick Glinkowski | Data Center Land Selection & Innovation Technologist
Nick draws on over two decades of experience in critical infrastructure and global facility design, Nick assists clients in navigating the complex entitlement and land selection process, transforming raw land into high value assets ready for innovative, large-scale development. His primary focus is on Investment Advisory and Entitlement, helping landowners unlock the full potential of their properties by positioning them for the next generation of data center projects. Prior to Scale280, Nick served as Cofounder and President of Pacific Voice & Data LLC, where he spent 24 years pioneering modular data center solutions and leading global technical teams. His extensive track record includes: Global Infrastructure Leadership: Serving as Technical Team Leader and European Operations Director for high security, untehthered hyperscale facilities in the Nordics and USA. Innovation in Design: Developing grid independent data centers utilizing multiple power sources, carbon capture, and advanced cooling technologies. Federal & Military Expertise: Leading projects for General Dynamics and their client NASA (SEWP V Award recipient), with his modular designs recognized for excellence by the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL).

Danielle is a nationally respected energy, infrastructure, and data center real estate advisor specializing in land acquisition, site selection, investment portfolio strategy, and complex real estate divestitures. Danielle Davenport delivers institutional level market intelligence, fiduciary leadership, and execution strategy across mission-critical infrastructure assets. As Co-Founder of Scale 280, a subdivision of the Joe Williams Development Group, and Senior Vice President of KW Commercial, Danielle Davenport advises investors, developers, utilities, and institutions on highest-and-best-use analysis, power availability, grid interconnection, zoning, and data center site feasibility aligning land value with energy, infrastructure, and compute demand. Danielle Davenport is an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC), startup founder, advisor, and board member, patent holder, angel investor, and Stevie® Entrepreneur of the Year award recipient. A former high-tech executive with Royal Dutch Shell, Hewlett-Packard, and Agilent Technologies, Danielle Davenport brings advanced program management and Mergers & Acquisitions expertise to valuation, negotiation, and risk mitigation for large-scale energy and data center transactions.
